i started having issues with the unit I have freezing over. so I called Martin and Effler heating and air. Scott was prompt to answer the call and even made time to come by and look at the unit. he made a few suggestions as to what was possibly wrong and BINGO he got it right the first time. he didn't go for the biggest project or the most expensive part. he went to where the symptoms started and went from there and was very up front about the possibility of what. old be wrong. his pricing is affordable, fair and reasonable. I highly recommend this little family owned business. and he will be my go to for any future issues I may have. call him you wont regret it

He was honest, reliable, and made sure everything was working exactly as it should before leaving. LET ME JUST SAY GOD BLESS THIS MAN. Scott has been in and out of our home for an emergency visit since LAST NIGHT, busting his tail to help us get some sort of air conditioning until we can figure out how/when/where to get a new unit. After the storm came last night, he had to leave. He got here at 10am today and has worked NON STOP and tirelessly after it reaching 88 degrees in our home yesterday. I can’t begin to describe the work ethic he showed us and how hard he worked non stop. He has been a blessing to my entire family during this heat wave. Thank you Scott!
